G20 restrains bank bonuses
The members of the G20 agreed that governments should continue to stimulate the economy until its recovery is sustained. Multi-year-guaranteed bonuses will come to an end without any consideration what so ever, and the scope for bonuses will be limited in case the financial position of the bank is at stake. Bonuses may also be paid later, when it is clear whether or not a policy leaded to a good result. Moreover, there will be no limit to the height of the bonus a bank can pay.
